The review

Samsung Display's QD-OLED adds quantum dots over the blue emitter, which translates into more saturated colour and slightly more brightness than an equivalent WOLED. On screen you notice it mostly in intense reds and greens, which look electric without looking artificial.

360 Hz on a 0.03 ms response is, today, the practical ceiling for competitive play at QHD. Be honest about the requirement: holding 360 fps at QHD demands a very powerful card and lowered settings, and below roughly 200 fps the difference against a 240 Hz panel becomes hard to perceive. Alienware's three-year cover includes image retention, which is the insurance this panel needs.
